Emma Creek Meats is built on faith, family, and responsibility. Mike and Shirley Weber, along with three of their children and their families, approach farming as stewardship—of land, livestock, and the opportunity to feed other families well.
The work is hands-on and shared across generations, shaped by the belief that how something is raised matters just as much as the final product.
Our Farm
Emma Creek Meats operates in Harvey County, serving families throughout central Kansas with pasture-raised American Wagyu and Angus beef.
Our cattle are rotationally grazed and raised entirely on grass, reflecting the land management practices we’ve committed to long term.
